MIDJOURNEY ALBUM COVERS

Unleashing the Power of AI-Prompted Designs with Midjourney: A Revolutionary Approach to Creating Stunning Album Cover Artwork

Case Study

To make the Hannah Montana album cover using artificial intelligence, I used Midjourney to create the images. The images were created using a prompt on which Midjourney will compose an idea. The first prompt I used included the phrase “vector graphic,” I did not want a 2d vector style for this cover. So I deleted the word vector, and Midjourney produced a more workable style. After getting four options from Midjourney, I selected one of them to create four more versions. Following this, I upscaled the version I liked the most. Next, I went into photoshop and made a rough version of what I’d like the Hannah Montana cover to appear like. After exporting the image, I used Midjourney’s “blend” function to combine the upscaled image and the version I made in photoshop. Midjoueney produced four options based on the two composite images. I upscaled the one I thought was most workable again and brought the image into illustrator. In illustrator, I fixed minor issues residual from artificial intelligence’s imperfections and added the typography treatment. I then put the edited image into an album cover mockup in Photoshop and edited the face to appear as Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus.
